Let's clean up our attitude
Last night I was visiting with my friend at the coffee house. She and I are adult enough to remain friends even though we occasionally support different candidates. I can think she's wrong, and she can think I'm wrong, but we don't go hatin'. there are some in this county that are carrying grudges from when McGovern ran.
I'm hoping I can help change that attitude.

This is your website and it is your prerogative to moderate the comments or not however, IMO it kinda takes something away from the integrity of the site. I know there are some bad apples but in all appearances, it appears censorious.
We must have more faith in our people, not that there are not idiots who write ugly hateristic comments but eventhough there is the idiocy the people are with more intellect than to buy into the ugliness.

I'm just not sure how to change this thing.
Actually, it is nice for this program to tell me when someone comments. I've had people call me everything but a child of God and I didn't curl up and die.

Carolyn,
Are not we all children of God?
Are you saying the comment moderation notifies you when someone makes a comment?
You can have blogger email you every time someone enters a comment without comment moderation.
I know you can take the heat.
